* Add jsx-a11y lint

* Add eslint-plugin-react-hooks dependency

* Add react hooks lints

* Ignore new react hooks lint in tests

* Add eslint-plugin-testing-library dependency

* Add testing-library lint

* Fix yarn lint to use all files recursively
